Effective July 1, 2019, T-TSA began phasing its billing methodology from billing customers directly to collecting the T-TSA annual charge on the property tax bill. T-TSA charges for 2019/2020 fiscal year began appearing as a line item on the property tax bills received in the fall of 2019.
