2020 Administration Building Remodel project
 
The project includes: (1) demolition of the existing non-functioning hydronic heating system and plumbing, including gypsum wall repair; (2) demolition of existing flooring including asbestos abatement work involving removal and disposal of flooring containing asbestos; (3) interior installation of new flooring, baseboards, interior painting, and window treatments; and (4) installation of new electrical and conduit raceways, floor boxes, network ports, receptacles, and concrete slab modifications to accommodate new electrical work.
