TTSA Response to COVID-19

The Agency is continuously monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) and is focusing on the health and safety of our staff and the public while operating and maintaining the wastewater treatment plant and related facilities in a sound, efficient and effective manner.

In order to ensure the Agency's ability to continue to provide essential sewer service while protecting the health and safety of Agency staff and the public by reducing the transmission of the COVID-19 virus, the Agency has temporarily modified its operations as follows:

  • The Agency administrative office will be closed to the public except for:

    • Drinking water sample testing.

      • Sample testing will be limited to Monday - Thursday: 8:00-3:00 and Friday 8:00-12:00.

    • New construction inspection.

      • Inspections will continue to be scheduled/performed through the billing department.

    • Receipt of deliveries.

      • Deliveries will be accepted during business hours.

  • The Agency will hold Board of Director meetings in accordance with Governor Newsom's Executive Order No. N-29-20.
